Refund and Returns Policy


We hope you’ll be delighted with your new TUFFDOG gear but if you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your TUFFDOG item was purchased from another retailer and not from, please contact the retailer directly for their returns policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty

  • You are able to return non-faulty products 14 days from the day you received your order
  • You must notify us of your wish to return your order within this 14 day period. Please contact us at or use our contact form
  • You then have another 14 days from this notice period to send your order back to us to receive a refund
  • You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving your returned order
  • If your order appears to be damaged upon arrival then we would ask you not to sign for this and ask the driver to return this us
Please note: We are unable to offer refunds if you fail to notify us of your wish to return a non faulty item within 14 days. We also cannot offer a refund if you fail to return the item to us within 14 days from first notifying us.

If you are returning a non-faulty order then you must return the item in the same condition in which you received it

  • New items must be returned as new
  •  Items must be unused
  • All labels must still be attached
  • Returned orders must be clean and free of dog hair

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {}

Please ensure you check the correct sized harness for your dog before ordering. Wrong order sizes come under our non-faulty products return policy. Make sure you order the correct size harness by following our size guide on the order page.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, we will provide you with a delivery address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
